7:15 P.M. A) Briefing by Pam Webster and Susan Paprocki regarding the fiscal year

ending 2008 budget and the 1st quarter of the fiscal year ending 2009. Discussion and possible actions to modify budget.
    1. Presentation by APTUS Group regarding the feasibility study and management plan for the Amargosa Senior Center and grounds. Discussion and possible decision concerning recommendations to the BOCC regarding implementation of the plan.
    2. Presentation by Jason Barangan from BLM regarding the ACEC’s and land withdrawals.

    3. Public Hearing, discussion, deliberation and possible decision to adopt Resolution 08-005, Amargosa Valley Town Advisory Board Resolution to Request the Board of County Commissioners of Nye County approve an Ordinance to modify County Code Title 18 to add Chapter 18.24, Prohibit the Importation or Use of Septage or Sewer Sludge in the Unincorporated Township of Amargosa Valley and other matters properly related thereto.
