    1. Information only – Update on the Amargosa Volunteer Fire Department

    2. Action – Discuss and decide on whether or not to ask the BOCC to declare the property at 2895 W. Frontier Street a public nuisance.

    3. Action – Discussion and decision to approve an advertising budget of up to $5,000.00 for Amargosa Days 2010. The funds are available from the tourism budget.

    4. Action – Discussion and decision to approve the VFW liquor permit request for Amargosa Day, 4th of July and Christmas in the Park.

    5. Action – Discussion and decision to approve the final amount of the contract with NCSD. The amount is set at $726.00 per month for 9 which equals $6,534.00 per year for the next 3 years at which time the contract will be re-addressed.

    6. Action – Discussion and possible decision on asking the BOCC to enter into a Recreation and Public Purpose lease in behalf of Amargosa Valley for the land s located on the west side of School Lane between Amargosa Farm Road and Anvil Road and for the land located on the east side of School Lane between Amargosa Farm Road and Anvil Road for future community and school buildings.

    7. Information Only – First reading and discussion of Ordinance 2010-001, Business Licensing in Amargosa Valley.
