Discussion and decision regarding the "Notice of Public Hearing" on a Petition for Road Abandonment of an approximate 1320’ length of road right-of-way further described as the 30’ wide portion of Indian Springs Street situated the northwest quarter (NW1/4), Section 36, Township 16 South, Range 49 East (File Map #72537 Parcel 1) adjacent to the west boundary of AP #19-201-10, located in Amargosa Valley, Nye County, Nevada. (action)
